Circulation heater

The Circulation Heaters are designed for applications in industrial heating processes involving fluids whose viscosity is controlled and demand effective equipment for elevating the temperature, providing greater fluidity to the feeding of pipes, tanks, vessels and equipment with separate operations and can operate at high internal pressures.

These devices heat the fluid through the passage in their inner side. Designed for continuous works under pressure, consisting of tubular heating elements with the option for direct contact to the fluid or replaceable elements (cartridge) for easier maintenance.

The circulation vessel (recipients) comprises inlet and outlet nozzles for the fluid and possible additional connections, with thermal insulation for more efficient thermal exchange. It has instruments used for control and safety, and a connection box to protect the terminals.

Designs are in line with the expectations and needs for applications, meeting the current standards as per the process.
