High density cartridge heater

They are used for heating tools, packaging machinery, glue guns, sealing machines, extruders and Hot runners molds.

Technical features:

• Sheath material: Stainless Steel AISI-304;

• Core: high pure MGO ceramic;

• Voltage: 12V, 24V, 48V, 110V, 220V, 380V, 440V;

• Wattage: 30W to 3000W;

• Optional temperature control: Type J or K thermocouple;

• Cables: pure nickel with fiberglass or PTFE insulation;

• Protection for cables: wire braided, armor cable and ceramic
bead insulation;

• Swaged and rectified (H7);
